Constancy

We have all heard that "perseverance is the key to success" because in training and sports, this is no exception. Train daily, different muscle groups and in different intensities, is a must not only to achieve the results of fat reduction and muscle toning, but a part waters in the creation of discipline in our lives, which can be applied to other areas that require order and greater control. A study conducted by the Body Systems brand showed that of every 10 people who sign up for a gym, 6 do not return; the index is very high, since there are many factors that inhibit perseverance in a physical training, but almost all of them fall into the lack of motivation.

Not having enough motivation to get up early to exercise or doing it at night when we finish our daily activities, can lead us to miss some days a week or even drop out.

If for example, you are one of those who runs every 2 or 3 weeks and is considered a runner, surely your pace and condition will not be optimal and you can not improve your records, on the contrary, over the years you will decrease your performance.

In the case of muscle mass gain, perseverance is again the key. I know people who do not set foot in the gym in days and suddenly when they go, they want to do everything and everything and that's the way things do not work.

There are studies that show that training sessions should be carried out despite the circumstances, even it is preferable to do moderate and brief intensity series to not train at all. If you stop training at all, you will soon lose volume, tone, strength, endurance and condition.

Remember that the pretexts, the "I do not have time" and the lack of desire, are the main obstacle between you and your goal, defeat them using motivational techniques to not miss your training and above all, think about everything you lose vs. what you would earn for missing a day and notice if it is worth it.

LET'S WORKOUT!
